- Large room with double bed and a balcony facing away from the street
- Large desk, chair, small table, a wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Flat is cleaned once a week and has a communal garden (which the balcony faces)

Conditions
- Payment of deposit + 1100 GBP / pcm (includes WiFi, council tax, cleaning once a week, and utility costs)
- Minimum stay until Christmas (25/12/2017) (*extendable upon discussion with landlord)
- Preference will be given to those who can move in end of July – start of August.
