Ideal room for tourist or student in a very nice, safe, upmarket area in the heart of London, 3 minutes walk from buses, 10 minutes from Earls Court underground.

Room one available immediately for shorter or longer lets until end of September 2018, and/or thereafter for a longer let of at least 10 months/the whole academic year till summer 2019.

This bright, cheerful room has its own built-in kitchen for self catering and shares a nice clean bathroom and separate toilet with mainly just one other guest.
The room is very quiet, overlooking the green of all our back gardens, and the rent represents good value for the area.
Comes with free Wifi, flat screen TV, large, expandable table, bookcase, large hanging cupboard, chest of drawers.
Washing machine and separate tumble dryer for laundry in basement. Access to small garden.
There is a single bed only but with an extra mattress for the occasional overnight visitor.

Room two with double bed available from early September for full academic year
