- Electricity, water bills and Internet fee are not included. We pay £5 ish for Electricity, £10 ish/ person for water, and £11 ish for the internet.
- Council tax is not included. If you are not student, £30 ish/month/ person
- Deposit is £650.
- The bathroom has just been refurbished. We have a big bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Flatmates are a French woman, a Janapese man, and a Japanese woman

RULES
- Cleaning common spaces (bathrooms, corridor and kitchen) once a week by rotation. You need to clean there once in 4 weeks.
- Buy common things such as cleaning things and toilet papers by rotation. You need to look after them for a month during your turn.
WE NEED A PERSON WHO DOES THESE WORK!
- No activities which make loud sounds (party or playing instruments etc) after 10 pm weekdays, 2 am weekends (you need notice 1 week before for the weekend activity, though.) This is because we have an agreement with agency and neighbours.
- Basically, we keep it clean. TIDY PERSON IS WELCOME!!
