The room is at 2nd floor of a Georgian Terrace in a peaceful garden square seconds away from Oval Tube Station (10mins walk to Vauxhall Train Station) and 15mins bus away from Victoria, London Bridge and the vibrant centres of Peckham and Brixton. The room opens on a large balcony and comes furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk. The common area is at first floor and includes a dining room, a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and a bathroom. Wooden floor throughout (rent price is bills excluded). The blooming Kennington Park and the healthy food of the Oval Farmers' Market are few steps away. The flat is shared with me, an eclectic foodie Italian architect in his forties!:)
