FULLY FURNISHED DOUBLE ROOM
My room is a fully furnished double room with double bed, with loads of storage, including underbed drawers, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The house is located within a walking distance a few zone 2 stations tube stations:
- 12 minutes walk to Hammersmith & City line and Circle line tube station
- 15 minutes to Central and District Line tube station
- 15 minutes to Overground at Shepherds Bush Station

We also have a few buses that goes directly to Shepherds Bush and White City
- 2 minutes walk to 207, 228 260
- 2 minutes walk to 24hr Night Bus N207 (goes into the city centre)
- 2 minutes walk to 266 (goes to Hammersmith)
- 10 minutes walk to 94 (to city centre)

PRIVATE LANDLORD & CONTRACT & DEPOSIT SCHEME
The room is rented directly through our landlord Grant, he does not live with us. He is very good with communication and send a repairman to fixing things around the house. So you will not be dealing with any agency. There is a contract and also your bond will be put into a bond deposit scheme.

THE LIVING SPACE
We have our own living room with leather sofas and flat screen TV, where we like to kick back together(or alone) and relax over a meal, drink or cup of tea. The modern kitchen has all the amenities and we even have a private balcony for those spring/summer evenings. We have separated toilets from the shower, which is life saver!

EASY ACCESS TO LOCAL SHOPS
We have many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by on Askew Road and Uxbridge Road, and we have less than a 10 minutes walk to the local Tesco Metro, with loads of grocers/corner shops nearby also.

THE HOUSEMATES
Currently, there are 3 housemates in 3 rooms and you would be taking the 4th room. We are all long term residents: Cham is in his mid 30s and working in hospitality and have been here for 7 month, Marianna is in her early 30s and working in fitness and have been in the house for over a year, and Emma is in her early 20s working in sales who recently joined us, and will be staying for a year. We are very respectful of each other's space and is a very chilled household.

CHEAP SHARE BILLS
All the bills are shared evenly between the 4 of us. The bills is approximately £40-£50. This includes broadband, council, electricity, gas and water.
