LOVELY Double Room / Flatshare

Hi there,

We have a lovely bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street and just a 7 minutes’ walk into Elephant & Castle or Borough tube stations - both in Zone 1. Above that, the house is close from Bermondsey Street, where you find many trendy cafes and restaurants.

It is a three-storey, 6 bedrooms’ house with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave and spacious, modern dining area. We also have a separate lounge with a flat screen TV, two bathrooms and a nice garden where the sun shines in the morning where you can have breakfast or have a BBQ.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair, pictures, mirror, shelves, etc. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

The house is just 60 seconds away from a bus stop which has about 10 different buses going through it (including 3 night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End.) In fact, the buses are so convenient and fast, you would hardly ever need to use the tube (but if you did, Elephant and Castle is only 2 bus stops away). If you prefer to walk, both Borough and Elephant Castle tube stations are within 10 minutes on foot. London Bridge is about 15 minutes.

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you are new to London.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax and regular cleaning.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week rent in advance and a two week’s deposit and our administration fees are only £90 paid on the check in. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks’ notice.
