We have a lovely bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. It is a three-storey, 5 bedrooms house with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. We also have a separate lounge, three bathrooms (one en-suite) and a nice garden where the sun shines in the morning where you can have breakfast or dinner.

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London. The house is very well located, we are just a short 5 minutes bus ride from Elephant Castle. The bus stop is within 2 minutes from our front door and there you would have at least 7 choices of buses going to Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1).

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawer, table, chair, picture, mirror, shelve, etc. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and a professional cleaner who comes around once a week. You dont have to pay any extra.

We dont expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week rent in advance and a two weeks deposit also are admin fees are only £90 (paid on the check in). When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks notice.
