single room

the room is close to the station. we share bills which are about 70. in the house there are two bathrooms with two toilets. living room kitchen, garden. if you cycle there is place to lock your bicycle or motorcycle.
washing machine , dish washer, dryer, oven , microwave. we have all plates and pots to cook. in the garden we making BBQ and garden party. a lot of storage space and you dont need to keep your luggage in room, there is a special place for this.

we are looking for a female to replace a female and keep the balance.
we are all working in 30 years old.
room is 550 and we pay bills every month also topup electricity and gas.

there are Japanese shops where you can buy everything you need - just next to the house

you can be registered with agency (if you want) but there is extra charge for them.
