I'm moving in to two bedroom flat on 15th of August, and looking for female flatmate. Flat is with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom which is on first floor (no lift) , furbished (but non-refurbished), with wooden floor.

By walking, Angel station is in 2mins, Kings cross station is in 15 mins, M&S, Waitrose, Sailsbury, Ireland, Asian/Chapel Market are in 3mins, restaurants and shops are on the door step. All bus stops for buses across London are in 3mins walking distance.

Room is available from 15th August.
195 GB/W for rent + around 70 GB/M for Utility bill. (Gas, water, electricity, broadband, TV license)
If you're professional, you will get 25 % discount of your council tax, since I'm student.
300 GB for tenancy agreement fee, 6weeks of deposit. Maximum contract is a year.
No couples.

About me, I'm 29 years old mature student studying design. I graduated Uni in Korea, and work about 2years before I came to London last year.
I'm clean, tidy, considerate, pay bills on time and usally in calm mood rather than in vibrant social vibe, since I switch off by brain in house. (but I love to grab a food or food with flatmate once a while!) I don't do smoke, drug nor throw party in house.

I'm looking for flatmate who can maintain flat clean together, enjoy their own time but considerate each other, ideally who will stay more than 6months in this flat.
