Beautiful loft room in East London family home

We are looking for a lodger for our beautiful large loft double bedroom with roll top bath and access to an en suite shower. Fully furnished with an antique bed and vintage feel. Lots of built in storage. Well insulated as it is a new loft extension. Double glazed sliding doors and Juliette balcony overlooking the garden.

Use of the family kitchen and garden but we prefer to keep our living space private in the evenings, however the room has a studio feel so you should be comfortable.

You must be happy to share with a family that has two young children. We are both working professionals with creative backgrounds and also have an au pair living with us. We are friendly and welcoming.

Highams Park is a lovely area with a village feel near Walthamstow and bordering Epping Forest. It is 25 minutes direct to Liverpool Street by overground, 5 minutes by train to Walthamstow Central or 15 minutes by bus to Woodford on the Central Line.

We are looking for a friendly and easy going, quiet and independent female lodger. Non smoker is essential. Preference given to someone who has a recent DBS such as teacher or nurse, but not essential.
No overnight guests. We have a cat and three small chickens and we plan to get a dog this year so you must be ok with pets!
