必要なものは全て揃っていますし、日当たりも抜群によくとても静かな部屋ですのでイギリスに来たばかりの方でも安心して生活することが出来ます。

フランス人のお父さん、ロシア人のお母さんと7歳と5歳の子供とのシェアになります。
とても親切に対応してくれますし、子供と遊んでいるだけで自然と英語力も身につくと思います。

Hello,
We have a nice single room to let in a family house in West London, Acton Town station from 10th of August.

We are a mixed raced family of four with two little kids (5 and 7 years old) and we are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable, respectful and loves kids and understands what it means to live around children. If you are new to country and looking to improve your English and gain a bit of knowledge of London life living with us might be a good opportunity to do so. Please note that we both professionals working from home so we will be home most of the time. We are looking for someone preferably long term (no less then half a year).

The room has double bed, shelves, cupboard, table to study. We can provide you with linen, pillows and duvet.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need including microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and rice cooker (not for personal use but for sharing).

You are also free to use washing machine and drier.

The house is situated close to Acton Town tube station and has easy access to the centre (Piccadilly and District line) and all local shops and pubs.

The room is £460 per month and it includes everything (tax, internet, Netflix) paid in cash month in advance.

£250 deposit required which will be fully refunded when you leave.
