This is a double bedroom which comes with a wardrobe right outside the room. It is also equipped with a bedside table and a desk.
The rent is 160 per week, included all bills. (gas & electricity, water, broadband and tv licence, council taxes)

THE FLAT
The flat is a 3 bedroom flat on the ground floor.
It has a big kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Mod & cons include washing machine, microwave, oven, big fridge, broadband etc

The location is great and connections are excellent as well. Within a short distance you are able to get to the Jubilee line, as well as many buses(13, 82,113, 46.187 and 31).
Swiss cottage station is 3 mins walk and 1min bus stop

We are very clean and respectful and I am looking for a flatmate who is as clean and considerate .
Male or female are both welcome, but sorry, no couples please!

THE CONTRACT
The room is available from Now. Minimum stay is 4 months.
