I have two double rooms with nice double bed with comfortable mattress.

The room is bright and has mirrored double size closet, desk, chair, wardrobe and so on.
The price is £165pw(715pcm) and I am looking for a single female person who can start paying on 1st September 2018. (No couple)
The minimum stay is 6 months.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED.(except Tv license)
Our flatmates are Korean female, Japanese female,Spanish female.
I require two weeks deposit and one month rent in advance.

There are one bathroom and two toilets, Kitchen, and dining area.
The nearest tube is overground station which is Caledonian rd & Bansbury station(5mins by walk) but it also closed in Caledonian rd(7mins by walk), Highbury & Islington(7mins by walk), ,Holloway rd(15mins by walk)King's cross(15mins by walk),Angel( 15mins by walk) Closed many tube lines & buses, shops, restaurants, pubs and close central, near Ucl, St. Matins, city, Metro universities.
There are 91, N91, 274, 17, N17, 259 buses which connect you in just 10-15 minutes to central London.
