This is a pleasant single room (single bed, ample bedding and spare mattress) with a tall sash window overlooking the leafy back garden of our large family house. The room is situated on the first floor and has its own in-built cooking facilities, including full size electric hob and oven, fridge, sink and microwave oven. Good sized, clean bathroom and separate lavatory are shared with one, occasionally two, others. Large table, small bookcase, in built hanging cupboard, flat screen TV, wifi and central heating all included. Extra heater and fan to cope with the challenges of the British weather. Quality washing machine and separate tumble dryer permanently available in the basement.
The house itself is within long walking distance of Imperial College and about three minutes walk from the Fulham Road with its shops and restaurants and its excellent bus service further into Central London. Earls Court and Gloucester Road Underground Stations are ten minutes away on foot. South Kensington Underground slightly further.
We are a grown up family of professional adults - mostly teachers-and our house is situated in a pretty, tree lined street in a very sought after area of London. Please feel free to ask any questions and to come and see the room. We operate a no smoking policy.
