Dalston buddy up for 3/4 bed house from Mid Jan.

Looking for a third person or a couple to buddy up in our search for a 3 (possibly 4) bedroom house in the Dalston around 15th January.

We are Victor, 29 year old French musician and Kei, 33 year old Japanese freelance set designer; Looking for someone reliable and respectful - ideally early thirties in full time employment - who enjoys a (very) creative home, a glass of wine in the evening and quiet nights of sleep. We are current flatmate and so for the past 2 years. As our house is being sold, we are trying to move together.

We have just made an offer for a house on Dalston Lane which we really like (pictures and details on request), but we are still actively searching.

The right person should be looking for a long-term home, ready to pay for referencing and agency fees to have their name on the contract, and be somewhat flexible with the moving-in date if a gem arises.

This could potentially suite also for a couple, who would like to have a double room + single room between them.
