Dalston buddy up for 4 bed house from January.

Looking for a 3rd person to buddy up for a 4 bedroom house in Dalston from 1st January 2019. We have a double room and single room available, and we are looking for at least one more person to join us to sign the house contract together.

We are Victor, 29 year old French musician and Kei, 33 year old Japanese freelance set designer. We are current flatmates and so for the past 2 years. As current house is being sold, we are trying to move together.

We have just made an offer for a lovely house on Dalston Lane (Right in front of Hackney Downs overground station). The double room spacious and bright has a massive walk in closet. The house has a front and back garden, Big Kitchen-dining-living room.

We are looking for someone reliable and respectful - ideally early thirties in full time employment - who enjoys a (very) creative home, a glass of wine in the evening and quiet nights of sleep.

The right person should be looking for a long-term home, ready to pay for referencing and agency fees immediately to have their name on the contract commencing on 01/01/2019.

This could also be suitable for a couple, who would like to have a double room and single room between themselves.
