Quiet,bright room in Chelsea zone 1

Are you in search of a quiet and peaceful place to work or study in a very nice area of London from September 2017 for the coming year? We have two bedrooms available for people seeking peace and quiet:
1) Bright single bedroom overlooking leafy back garden with excellent inbuilt cooking facilities in a private family home within long walking distance of South Kensingto, Imperial College oand the Royal College of Music. Free later in September.
This is a pleasant single room (single bed, ample bedding and spare mattress) with a tall sash window overlooking the leafy back garden of our large family house. The room has its own in-built cooking facilities, including full size electric hob and oven, fridge, sink and microwave oven. Large table, small bookcase, in built hanging cupboard, flat screen TV, wifi and central heating all included. Extra heater and fan to cope with the challenges of the British weather.
2) Second room available: Beautiful, large, high ceilinged bedroom with double bed, solid, old fashioned mahogany desk, two chests of drawers and slim Victorian hanging cupboard, flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player and wifi; kettle, toaster and microwave in the bedroom itself and use of a small kitchenette at appropriate times in the basement. Two sash windows overlook a quiet, tree- lined street.
Both rooms are situated on the first floor and share a nice clean bathroom and separate lavatory, only occasionally used by other members of the household. Unrestricted use of Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer in the basement.
We are a grown up family of professional adults - mostly teachers-and our house is situated in a pretty, tree lined street in a very sought after area of London. Please feel free to ask any questions and to come and see the room. We operate a no smoking policy.
The house itself is about three minutes walk from the Fulham Road with its shops and restaurants and its excellent bus service further into Central London: 14, 414, 211 etc. Earls Court and Gloucester Road Underground Stations are ten minutes away on foot. South Kensington Underground slightly further.
