A Single room is available in our lovely 4 bed house on Dalston Lane, right outside Hackney Downs station, from 1st January 2019

We are looking for someone reliable and respectful, preferably a girl to keep the house balance, who enjoys a creative home, a glass of wine in the evening and quiet nights of sleep.

You would be living with Victor, 29 year old French musician, Kei, 33 year old Japanese freelance set designer, and Ben, 26 year old British arts & food publisher.

Rent for the room is £560, bills excluded. Probably around £630 all in. Minimum stay 6 months. Deposit 6 weeks rent.

The house has a front and back garden and a large kitchen-dining-living room.
