Cosy single room,near vauxhall&oval st,

This is a cosy single room which including single bed, closet, wardrobe, desk and chair. Also When you go out room ,have own shoes shelf and some storages.
The house has a living room, access garden, good size of kitchen with all equipped kitchen stuff. There are one bathroom and separated toilet. It is not busy at all.
Our flatmates are international and mixed jobs as uni students, and professional worker.
It is located between oval st and Vauxhall st. Also just few minutes walk has bus station.
Let me explain more, the nearest tube is oval station(about 6mins by walk ),Vauxhall st(about 10mins by walk ), and there are many buses around our living area.

The rent is 488.75pounds and bill is not including but it is approximately 50-60pound per month for winter time and summer 25-30pounds per month. There is no minimum stay here.
It is available now. You can move on immediately. However, if your moving date is more than 15th Januaray 2018, I can't wait longer. So please if someone can move on before Jan 15, I welcome to show the room.
