Single bedroom, Stoke Newington, £580

Hi, I am Paulema and I have been recommend to use this site by my beautiful friend from Japan who I met when she shared with me in my flat! 😊

I have a good size single room with a double bed in it, in a 2 bedroom flat for rent. The flat is in a block and is on the 2nd floor (top floor).

It has a good size living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent is including all bills except Gas and Electricity which is approx £50 in winter and £30 in summer per month.

The flat is very near the main road, stoke Newington high street and 10/12mins walk to Dalston Kingsland station! It is zone 2 so we are pretty central!

The area is as creative and eclectic as it is known for and there is always a new cafe or bar opening up.

You would share with just myself! I am 35 and was born in St Lucia but have lived in London for 28 years. I am very down to earth, easy going, respectful and like to keep the place clean. I love to read, watch films and go to galleries.

I am looking for someone who has an easy going nature, down to earth, respectful and also likes to keep places clean.

I ideally am looking for someone will stay long term.

The room will be available from 6th February and would love someone to move in pretty swiftly after that! 💖
