Lovely Bright Room in Stoke Newington

Hi, I'm Paulema and I was told about this site by my lovely Japanese friend who was once my flatmate!

I have a lovely bright room to rent in eclectic Stoke Newington. It is a wonderful area with lots of cafes and restaurants and just generally a friendly vibe.

It is a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a block of flats. It would be shared with just myself, a 35 year old female. It is a single room but with a double bed in it. It is a cosy flat and a very quiet friendly neighbourhood. There is a good size living room and kitchen.

The rent is including all bill's except electricity and gas which is a prepayment system. In the winter it is about £50 and in the summer about £30.

Dalston Kingsland station is about 12mins walk but there are lots of buses going to various parts if London such as Shoreditch, Liverpool street, bank, Waterloo etc.

I am a friendly, clean/tidy, peaceful, respectful, easy going, happy person and I would love someone similar ideally from the age 30 years up.☺

The room is ready to rent immediately so I am looking for someone sho can move in fairly quickly.

I am a 35 year old woman who comes from a fashion background but my main focus is Life Coaching and growing this.
