Single room in a clean home

We are looking for a female tenant for a single room. I live with my mum and we are very clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who would treat our home like home.

The room is fully furnished - there is a bed, bedding (if you need), wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, shelves. All bills are included. Shared bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there is fridge space, storage, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine and a balcony. We also have wi-fi which you can use freely.

We are located very close to Shepherd's Bush Market station as well as bus stops. Bus service is very good and fast. Close to supermarkets as well as Westfield Shopping Centre. On the main road, so safe in the evenings/nights.
