Lovely Big Big Double room !

Hello,
I'm looking for someone who will replace me!
Cause I have to move to new place nearby my new job :(
This room is really really big double room.
The common places are kitchen & 1 toilet, 1 bath room. ( Never busy !)
We don't have a living room.
You'll share with 2 British guys and 1 Korean girl.
They are so friendly and lovely!! Easy going and sociable people.
But they are also respect own life, so not nosy people!

GOOD LOCATION

You can take 24/46 bus to go centre london.
It only take 25 mins, and the bus stop is 1mins from the flat.

Belsize park [Underground ]
Goaspe Oak / Hamstead Heath [Overground]
All of them takes 8mins from here.

As you know this area is so nice, and safety.

DEPOSIT / RENT

•The deposit is £595 -> Deposit will be put at the Deposit protection company
So, It's really safe, and you dont have to worry about return about this money
when you move out.

•Rent fee is £620 (included cleaning fee £20)
Bill is excluded , but it is almost fixed (£70)
> So, you'll pay about £690 pm!

The minimum is 6months but when you wanna move out eariler than your minimum, just find someone who’ll replace you. That’s it !!
