Double room - **exclusive use of bathroom**
FOREST HILL
The area is a vibrant one with plenty of quirky cafes and shops to explore.
The flat is within 1 minute walk of a large Sainsbury's, a great butchers, several cosy cafes and a gastropub. It is also a stroll away from East Dulwich and Dulwich Village, both of which are known for their great shops, cafes and restaurants.
There is plenty of greenery nearby too. Sydenham/Dulwich woods are close as well as the Horniman Museum and Gardens. There is also a great farmers market at the Horniman Gardens every weekend - well worth a visit!
The local gym is brilliant. The pool and gym have been recently refurbished. Plenty of classes are on offer.
TRANSPORT LINKS
The transport links from Forest Hill are great. It is 16 minutes into London Bridge via the national rail trains and 13 minutes on the London Overground to Canada Water - you can catch the Jubilee line from there. The London Overground can also take you all the way to Highbury & Islington, Dalston and Shoreditch. There are also national rail connections to London Victoria and Clapham Junction!
THE FLAT
The flat is set in a 3-storey building which is approximately 16 years old. My flat is on the third floor. There is private off-road parking just outside. Although situated on the busy London Road, the flat faces onto the off-road area, and therefore is not affected by the noise from the traffic. The building also has its own phone entry system.
The flat has an open living/dining area with a connected kitchen and high ceilings throughout.
THE ROOM
Double bedroom. Carpeted. Radiator. Sole use of adjacent bathroom with a bath, shower and sink. 11' x 8'6
£650/month (bills not incl.) Bills are £75 per month on average.
