A bright cozy lovely double room

Hello!

My flatmate is getting married in May so we are now looking for a new flatmate! The room is all furnished with a double bed, desk, a wardrobe and etc. We have a fantastic transport as it is about 10 minutes to both Mile End station which has Central, District, and Hammersmith and City line AND Canary Wharf station for Jubilee and DLR lines. Night tubes are on Central and Jubilee line which is fantastic!

You will be leaving with 3 fantastic flatmates (if I may say :P). We are all very out going, in our mid/late 20s. We socialise a lot in the house as we also have a living space with SOFA!!! We often have dinner together and drinks, but we don't want a massive partying person.... sorry! We do keep our privacy as well and we want someone who will take care of the communial area and.... just a nice person basically :)

We also have a massive park just outside along with a gym. It's literally 2 mins away from the house. There's Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's all in a bout 5 mins walk.

So if you are interested let me know and if you want to arrange a viewing you can organise one. We're looking for someone who will stay for long term (at least 6 months).

1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit.

There is no agency fee.
Move in date negotiable with earliest being 10th April. .

The rent includes all of the bills, internet and council tax.
