[ZONE2] £540 Bright private room

Hello! 

This lovely bungalow room. Has a great size, cute view into the back garden, quiet and feels like home.
Our home is great, its a very relaxed and fun house, we respect privacy, no wild parties until 5 in the morning etc (unless its an occasion, birthday, Halloween etc). We consider this a home and not a house so expect a social, kind and comfortable home to live in :)

The rent is £540/pm and we pay. £90/pm for bills (fixed). The bills include essentials like toilet paper, salt, oil, cleaning products etc.
You must have a visa at least more than 1 year due to contract requirement.

The housemates: Scottish man, German woman, French man, and Spanish man. All flatmates has a job. Very friendly and helpful guys.

We have a big shared living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, nice big kitchen and a big garden.

Travel : 10-13 min walk to Central Line (East Acton) and 30 seconds to the bus stop. There's also a Tesco at a 5 min walk and a gym 15 min walk. Iceland is 10 mins walk too and you can get the bus to Shepards Bush Westfields in about 10 mins.
