Tube駅近 モダンで広く綺麗なダブルルーム 完全英語環境（YMSで住んでいました）
私がYMSの際に約1年半住んでいた広いダブルルームのお部屋です。
現在は退去済ですが、大家さんの代理で掲載しています。

セントラルラインWoodford駅(Zone4, 週末Night tube有り)から徒歩5分。
閑静な住宅街で、一度も怖い目に遭ったことはありません。ご近所も良い方ばかりです。
ロンドン中心部まで約25分。Stratfordまで約10分でWestfieldもあり便利です。
・お部屋
２階（英国式１階）に位置し、お庭に面しています。
生活に必要な家具は全て揃っているので、何かを買い揃える必要は全くありません。
（ダブルベッド、マットレス、枕、シーツ類、デスク、大きなクローゼット、ベッドサイドテーブル、全身鏡、洗濯物干し）
セントラルヒーティング、二重窓です。
・共用部分
バスルームはとっても新しく綺麗で、シャワーの水圧もパワフルです！
バスルームとは別に小さいトイレがもう一つあるので、シェアしていても特に困ることはありません。
キッチンも新しく、電子レンジ、食洗機、ガスコンロ（5つ!）、オーブン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、トースター、ネスプレッソコーヒーマシンがあり、全て使用可能です。包丁や食器なども全て揃っています（お箸は自分で用意しました）。

住み心地がとても良く、YMSの間ずっと住んでいました。

This peaceful and private room is on the first floor and faces the back garden (which you can access). The furnishing is brand new and includes: double bed with comfortable mattress, bedding sheets, desk and lamp, large wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, large mirror and clothing hanger rack.
