Single room with double bed in Stoke Newington

I had a lovely flatshare we my Japanese friend and she recommended advertising on this site so here I am! ☺

This is for a large single room with a double bed in it, in a 2 bedroom flat. The flat is in a block and is on the 2nd floor (top floor).

It has a good size living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent is including all bills except Gas and Electricity which is approx £50 in winter and £40 in summer.

The flat is very near the main road, stoke Newington high street and 10/12mins walk to Dalston Kingsland station! It is zone 2 so we are pretty central!

The area is as creative and eclectic as it is known for and there is always a new cafe or bar opening up!

You would share with 1 other which is myself, a woman aged 35. I am a Personal Stylist but my other passion is Spirituality and self development. I'm easy going and positive!

I'm looking for someone who has an easy going nature, respectful and likes to keep places clean, responsible and live in a home as opposed to just a flat share.
