Hi friends, my name is Sean Kim from South Korea. There is a large room available next to Victoria station

1. Location
This is one of London's best location as for shopping and transportation. There is Sainsbury,Tesco,Waitrose right next to the building. There are countless number of good restaurants within short walking distance

2. The flat and flatmates
This is a small trow story flat and it was recentl refurbishied. Your flatmates are two Korean girls at the moment.

3. The room
The room is very spacious with huge storage space. Two desks in the room and there is a double bed at the moment. If wish to share the room as a twin room with the same gender, I can put 1 more bed in the room.

4. The price
- if you live alone : GBP 1000 / month
- if two people live together : GBP 500 / month / a person
- If you are a short term stay guest : the price is between 15~25 / day for a person.
