Single room in a clean home!

We are looking for a female tenant for a single room. I live with my mum and we are very clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who would treat our home like home.

There room is fully furnished - there is a bed, bedding (if you need), wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, shelves. All bills are included. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared. In the kitchen there is fridge space and storage, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine and a balcony. We also have wi-fi which you can freely use.

We are located very close to Shepherds Bush Market station as well as local bus stops. Bus service is very good and fast. Close to supermarkets as well as Westfield Shopping Centre. On the main road, so safe in the evenings/nights.
