部屋：個人用の部屋＋個人で使えるバスルーム（バスタブ付き）
シェアする部屋：キッチン、ダイニング
近隣：閑静で清潔感のある安全な地域
最寄り駅：Westferry Station（徒歩12分）、 Langdon Park Station（徒歩9分）。
その他：いくつかフラット巡りをしましたが、ここほど清潔感のあるフラットは他にありませんでした。来客、ペット、スモーカー不可。一人のみの滞在のみ可（カップル不可）

部屋：
マンションの3階の個人部屋。二重窓が搭載されているためとても暖かいです。家具は白を基調としており、広い部屋がより広く感じます。
部屋にあるものは、ダブルベッド、鏡付きのワードローブ、タンス、セントラルヒーティング

バスルーム；
個人利用。広々としたバスルームでトイレ、シンク以外にもバスタブがあります。

共有部（キッチンとダイニング）：
非常に綺麗で広いです。ソファはとても心地よかったです。他の部屋同様とても暖かいです。
共有部にあるものは、ダイニングテーブル、炊飯器、ケトル、IH、オーブン、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、調理器具、カトラリー、食器類、ソファ、ローテーブル、洗濯機、掃除機

マンション共有部：
無料のジムがあります。24時間体制でコンシェルジュがいるので配送された荷物を一時的に預かってくれます。

地域：
安全で閑静な住宅街。買い物は近くに、コンビニ（徒歩1分）、Waitroseが入っているショッピングセンター（徒歩13分）.

フラットメイト：
英語、ポルトガル語を話します。日本語は勉強中。日系ブラジル人で銀行業界に働いている真面目で誠実な人です。私を含むこれまでのフラットメイトの面倒をよく見てくれました。

I am a former resident and writing this advertisement on behalf of the flatmate (Fernando) living here. I think the main features of this flat are [safety + cleanliness + privacy].

Room: private room + private bathroom (with bathtub)
Shared space: Kitchen, dining
Neighbourhood: Quiet, clean and safe area
Nearest station: Westferry Station (12 min. Walk), Langdon Park Station (9 min. Walk).
Others: I did house viewings at several flats, but there was nowhere cleaner than this flat. No visitors, smokers or pets allowed. One person allowed (No couples)

Room:
An exclusive room on the third floor of the building. It is very warm because the apartment is installed with insulated windows. The room is furnished with white furniture, which makes you feel the spacious room even more spacious.
Things in the room are a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror on it, a drawer, central heating

Bathroom:
An exclusive bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the toilet and sink.

Shared space (kitchen and dining):
Very clean and spacious. The sofa is very comfortable. Like the other rooms, the kitchen and dining are also warm.
Things in the shared space are a dining table, a rice cooker, a kettle, a stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a cooking wear, cutlery, a crockery, a sofa, a low table, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, central heating

Shared space in the building:
There is a free gym. There is a 24 hours concierge, so he can keep your parcels.

Area:
Safe and quiet residential area. There is a convenience store (1 minute walk), a shopping centre with Waitrose in it (13 minute walk).

Flatmate:
He speaks English and Portuguese and is studying Japanese now. He is a trustworthy and sincere Japanese Brazilian who works in the banking industry. He looks after his flat mates (including me) well.
