South facing Double room with a private bathroom

南向きでガーデンに面したダブルルームです。

私（ランドロード）は）、秋と冬の間　約5-6か月は日本に滞在します。
その間は、このガーデンフラットをおひとりで使ってください。

私のロンドン滞在中でも、バスルームは2か所あるので　シェアすることはありません。

今から、10か月かそれ以上の契約を望んでいます。
学生さん　歓迎ですが、静かに生活することが条件です。

ビルはこみですが、一人で滞在中のガス、電気は負担してもらいます。
デポジットは1か月分です。

ヴュウイングは、7月26日より可能です。

The garden flat is located in a desirable area in Fulham. You will enjoy great public transport within walking distance from the property.

The room is in a one bedroom garden flat. I am the owner of the flat who will be absent nearly 6 months from November until April. I use the living room as my living space and storage as well. So no living room is available to you.

South facing double room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a desk and a chair.
You can use all facilities privately while I am away: your own bathroom, the kitchen (small, but all appliances provided) and the private garden.

Bills: Council tax,water, WiFi, and TV license are included but you have to pay gas and electricity upon your usage while I am on holiday.

The term will be 10 months or more.You will reside with me after mid April. My room will be a living room and I use another wc/shower, so you can always use the bathroom privately. The room is for single person, no couples please.
