（どちらも3階に位置し、他の日本人女性テナントと共有フロアです）
同じフロアにこちらに掲載のシングルルームと他にダブルルームが2部屋あります。
Blackheath は静かで治安の良いエリアです。
Blackheath駅からLondon Bridge 駅までは電車(National rail)で15分で行く事ができ、他にもVictoria station, Caring Cross, Cannon Street stationへ乗り換え無しで、一本で行く事ができます。
駅前にはGail’s、costa、レストラン、カフェ、パブとお店が揃っています。
最寄りのSainsbury's までは家から徒歩5分です。
家からGoldsmith universityまでバスで一本で行くことが出来ます。
また、最近開通したSuper Loop4のバス停が家から徒歩2分のところにあり、Canary Wharf もバスで一本で行く事ができます。

3階建てのモダンなインテリアのフラットです。
キッチンも広く同時に数人で使用でき、調理器具、食器、食洗機も揃っています。
リビングには大きなテレビもあります。
1階に大家(日英カップル)が住み、2階がリビングとキッチン、3階にはテナント用の3部屋(ダブルルーム2部屋、シングルルーム1部屋)、バストイレがあります。(バストイレは共有になります)バスルームはお湯も溜められます。
大家さんは英国人なので、英語を使う機会もあります。

Now offering two beautiful rooms in a modern house in the sought-after area of Blackheath.
A single room is available now (June 2025), and a double room will be available from September 2025. Both are located on the top floor, shared with other Japanese female tenants.
The home is situated in one of London’s most refined and peaceful areas – Blackheath. The high street offers Gail’s, Costa, cafés, restaurants, and stylish pubs, all just a few minutes’ walk away. Sainsbury’s is only five minutes from the house.
Direct buses connect you to Goldsmiths University, while the new Superloop service (every 10–12 minutes) takes you directly to Canary Wharf. You’ll also be within easy reach of Greenwich University, Greenwich Park, and Bromley.
The house itself is a modern three-storey home, with a British-Japanese landlord couple living on the ground floor. The top floor is reserved for tenants and includes three bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with a full-size tub and reliable hot water), and a separate WC.
The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and well-designed with multiple workspaces, quality cookware, dishware, and a dishwasher. A generous shared living room with a large-screen TV adds to the comfort.
The space is clean and calm. The landlord, a designer by profession, is friendly but usually busy and not present much in shared areas.
The area is ideal for those who want calm and safety without sacrificing fast access to the City, Canary Wharf, or Central London. Interiors are modern and minimalist — just bring your suitcase and settle in.
