Looking for someone to rent our fantastic, new double bedroom with private bathroom in Colindale for £800 pm (bills included).

THE ROOM

It's a modern, new build flat (less than 3 years) that's less than a 2 min walk away from Colindale Station, with bus stops right outside as well. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, HD television, wardrobe, desk and chair. The bathroom has been fully redecorated with a shower and bathtub and will be used only by you.

There's a balcony attached to the large living room with a 4K TV and sofabed, and a separate kitchen with a washing machine, Delonghi bean to cup coffee machine and many other kitchen gadgets.

There is a communal garden on the same floor, which is rarely used by others so we basically have it to ourselves :)

We have BT Infinity Fibre Optic Broadband with 52Mb download speeds.

The flat itself in on the 1st floor and is on a side road so there's no noise from passing traffic/ tubes.

THE PRICE

The flat will be available from 1st Sept and there's a deposit of £500. The price is inclusive of all bills (including council tax).
