I have a nice double room with comfortable double bed.

The room is bright, and good size("It is bigger than photos") , a mirrored double closet, desk, chair, wardrobe and so on.
The price is £165pw(715pcm) and It's available from Sep 7th.
The other bigger double room is available on 24th Sep. The price is 170pw(736.66)The minium stay is one month after that, I'll decided the whether will extend the contract or not.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED. (except Tv license-if you are not watching live Tv, you don't need to buy it - individual )
Our flatmates are Italian guy, kasastanian guy, Korean female
and Polish female but Polish female will back to own country in Sep.
I require two weeks deposit and one month rent in advance. Our flat is quiet and clean. If someone loves party, it's not suits our flat. Half flatmates are students s we are likely to stay here quietly and also keep cleaning of sharing space . Our neighbourhood is quiet and safety, too.

There are one bathroom and two toilets, Kitchen, and dining area.
The nearest tube is overground station which is Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury station(5mins by walk) but it also closes in Caledonian Rd(7mins by walk), Highbury & Islington(7mins by walk), ,Holloway Rd(15mins by walk-5mins by bus)King's cross(15mins by walk-3-5mins by bus),Angel( 15mins by walk-3mins by bus)/
Close many tube lines & buses, shops, restaurants, pubs and close central, near UCL, St. Matins, city, Metro universities.
There are 91, N91, 274, 17, N17, 259 buses which connect you in just 10-15 minutes to central London.
