家賃：£465/月、光熱費平均：£65/月、デポジット：£630 (家賃5週分)

フラットメイトは男性 x2名、男女カップル x1組の4名で完全英語環境。
25歳以上で落ち着いておりフレンドリーなので、あまり英語が得意でなくても問題ないです。留学生も可。

治安良好、最寄りスーパーまで徒歩5分、最寄り駅(Queens Road Peckham, Surrey Quays, South Bermondsey)まで徒歩15分圏内。
Wifi、キッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機、シャワートイレ完備。
共有のリビングルーム有。
冬はセントラルヒーティング有。

デスク、マットレス、チェア等、本棚などの家具もお譲りできます。
ビルドインのクローゼットがあり、荷物の多い方でも十分お使いいただけると思います。

Hi people!

I am very sad but looking for someone to move in my nice and cozy double room in the fancy flat, as I am on the way moving back to my home on October.

Rent £465/month + Bills £60/month + Deposit £630 (5 weeks worth)

The room is ideal size for one person. It has enough room to furnish a double bed, a desk and some cabinets.
I have 2 shelves and a large desk I got at Ikea, which you can take over if wanted.

Also, it has a nice built-in closet which I was able to make full use of as I worked in fashion.

The room is located on the 2nd floor which have 3 bedrooms, shared small living room and bathroom.

On the 1st floor there is another bedroom, kitchen and another toilet.
I was actually not using the living room so much but it has nice sofa and TV so you can chill and socialize with flatmates there
The landlord is super friendly and generous about any DIY stuff so you can work on your room if you like.

You will be living with 4 flatmate- Femi, Cormac, Adam and Emma. Everyone is professional and has own life pace so we unfortunately did not have that many time to have dinner or drink, but assured they are so friendly and the easiest to get along with.

The flat is 15 min walk to Queens Road Peckham as well as Surrey Quays, and it's also a 15 min bus ride to Elephant and Castle.
