The area is residential, safe and quiet; definitely one of the best areas to live in East London ideal for working professionals with lots of restaurants, shops, leisure park and nearby gyms. The building has 7/24 concierge at the entrance.

The flat is just next to Ropemakers Field park, Between two DLR stations.

-8 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR,
-5 minutes walk to Westferry DLR,
-15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf,
-17 minutes by DLR to Bank station,
-25 minutes to Shoreditch,

There are also several buses serving the area all day and the nearest stop is a very short walk from the house.

All rooms come fully furnished with all beds, wardrobe,
and chest of drawers (2 desks at the second room are not included).

A very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge and all the utilities necessary to cook.

Bills cost around +100£ per room. (electricity, council tax, high speed broadband and water.)

We have a cleaning rota for the house, and you'd be expected to participate cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen or hallway depending on the rota.

Only 1 month fee and 1 month worth of deposit is required.

Rent is 600£ per room.
