Lovely cozy bright single room in Mile End/C Wharf

Hi everyone,

Our flatmate is moving Switzerland for her new work so we are now looking for a new flatmate! The room will be available 5th November. It is all furnished with a small double bed, desk, a wardrobe and cabinet. We have a fantastic transport as it is about 8 minutes to Mile End station which has Central, District, and Hammersmith and City line; and 10 mins to Canary Wharf station for Jubilee and DLR lines. Both stations are now part of 24hour tube on weekends.

There's a gym literally a minute away from the house as well as the Mile End Park and Victoria park few minutes away. There's a Tesco and massive Lidl about 5 mins walk from the house so shopping isn't a problem at all.

Currently there are 2 girls and a guy. We are all professionals. We would like to have someone who's working or studying . Definately not a party house. We tend to keep everything quite quiet and respect everyone's space. But we do often meet downstairs in the sofa and have endless chats and drinks and etc.

We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 3 months or longer as we don't want to keep looking for a new flatmate. We're looking for someone who is tidy, clean, respect the others and down to earth. All of the bills are included in the rent.
