Room in Stratford, £730, 10 minutes walk

I’m looking for a new flatmate for a spacious double room in a two-bedroom beautiful apartment, situated in a clean, quiet space, very close to Stratford Station. The flat is at the 2nd floor in a two-stories block of flats, situated at 10 min walk distance from the train station or two short bus stops. 

The room has a double bed, a closet and chest of drawers.
The apartment is fully furnished:
There’s a large glass modern dining table, a coffee table and two very comfortable leather couches with recliner to crash on after a long day, while watching the fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with home appliances: washing machine, new refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster and dishes.  

The monthly rent for the bedroom is £730 plus bills, which work out at £120 each and includes: council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband. 
Deposit is one month rent.
