Two bedrooms in a house for rent for professional

Hello,

We are a professional couple who live in a four bedroom house in Plaistow near Upton Park train station. The couple who previously lived with us have now moved out so we are looking for another couple ( or one another professional person) to move in. We have a large garden with tool shed, communal living area, large kitchen and two upstairs bedrooms (one large, one medium size) for you to rent, so you would not have just one single room.

The house has an upstairs and downstairs toilet, and there are no problems with neighbours. I am a shift worker and my partner is a very quiet person so we would prefer someone who would not make a lot of noise and would not be interested in throwing parties e.t.c as we are quiet people.

Current rent for the whole house including bills is 2,000pcm, so each person would be 500 pounds per month (single person would be £690 /month), which would include everything except for internet, which is about 4 pounds per month.
