The rent is EXTRAORDINARILY cheap. This is because the landlady rents the room for security purpose and above all, would like to help someone (especially young students or people with Working Holiday Visa)

*The owner is a female international film producer, and would ask you to assist her with online shopping or tidying up DVD etc. However the assistance work does not require more than 3 hours per a week.
