The price is £130pw( £563pcm). Available from 1th Feb. I'm looking for a person who can move asap from the available date.
One month minimum stay and 3weeks notice in advance, 3weeks deposit required.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED. (except Tv license-if you are not watching live Tv, you don't need to buy it - individual )

Our flat is quiet and clean. If someone love party, it's not suits our flat. Half flatmates are students so we like to live quietly and also keep cleaning here. Our neighbourhood is also quiet and safety. It called townhouse.

There are one bathroom and two toilets, Kitchen, and dining area.
The nearest tube is overground station which is Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury station(5mins by walk) but it also closes in Caledonian Rd(7mins by walk), Highbury & Islington(7mins by walk), ,Holloway Rd(15mins by walk-5mins by bus)King's cross(15mins by walk-3-5mins by bus),Angel( 15mins by walk-3mins by bus)/
Close many tube lines & buses, shops, restaurants, pubs and close central, near UCL, St. Matins, city, Metro universities.
There are 91, N91, 274, 17, N17, 259 buses which connect you in just 10-15 minutes to central London.
