Room to rent in a friendly family home

We have a furnished single room available in a nice family house, located within a short walking distance to the underground stations of Northfields and Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line) as well as West Ealing Station (Heathrow Connect and soon CrossRail).

Our house is located in a street with easy and direct access to the tube, the bus stops as well as Ealing Broadway (10min by bus) and the the A4 Great West Road (Central London and Heathrow). The area of Northfields and Boston Manor which are very close to the house, benefit from a selection of good quality cafés, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, mini and supermarkets. It also benefits from an ideal location, surrounded by parks within a short walk.

The walking distance to the bus stops is 5min., Boston Manor station 10min., Northfields station 15min. and West Ealing Station 20min.

The room has a large single bed, real wood parquet flooring, double wardrobe and drawers, and is available from the 20th of March on wards. The price of the room is £600 per month and includes ALL utility bills. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom, a dining area and garden with patio.

Our family consists of three members (parents and a daughter in her mid 20's) and all of us are non smoking, very friendly and hospitable. We are looking for a nice *FEMALE* person to join our household and who is non smoking, friendly, easy going and responsible. Ideal for a quiet respectful person, full-time working or full-time student wanting a quiet and safe place to live.
