Hello, we have a lovely double bedroom in a flat in Blythe Hill (12 min walk to Honor Oak and 6 to Catford stations). Great connections with both central and east London. The flat is close to Goldsmith University too.

We have a spacious and bright living room with cool furniture such as a new Italian leather sofa, Scandinavian table and chairs, projector to watch films, coffee machine, and record player. There is a private entrance to a massive garden (with bbq and table/chairs). Only £650 including all bills!

For the lucky flatmate’s room, there will be a brand new orthopaedic mattress, desk, and wardrobe. Your room will look out at trees and sunshine. We can accommodate requests :-)

We are looking for a like-minded person. We are into: art, music, cinema, travelling, festivals, etc. Ilaria is originally Italian and is doing a Doctorate in Psychology, while Martin is from Leeds, studied Fine Arts and is teaching on a Foundation Course.

We are sociable and friendly but we also enjoy our own space :-) Sometimes we have dinners, BBQs and cinema nights!
