Double room for rent in a clean and tidy house, only a few underground stops from the city centre!

The house is located 5 minutes walk (1 bus stop) from Arnos Grove Station (Piccadilly Line), it takes only 18 minutes to get to Central London!

The room is clean and cosy with a double bed, a desk, clothes railing with selves and a huge closet. The room has beautiful panoramic windows! The closet has it's own door and lighting.

The bathroom has western- style toilet and a bathtub.

The kitchen is huge, fully equipped with plenty of storage space.

The house is close to the underground station, there is a beautiful park 5 minutes walk from the house. There are shops/restaurants down the street.

The house to be share with a Lithuanian female (teacher) and a Hungarian Male (works for The Mayor's Office), both helpful, easy going and non-smokers.

The rent is £450/month +bills, around £50/month. The house is super-clean and super-tidy!

We are preferably looking for a female, non-smoker.
