I have furnished double bedroom to let in central of London just 3mins to Waterloo STATION.

£700 per month.(680 in april!!!)
ALL BILLS INCLUDED: gas, electric, water, council tax, internet broadband

Location is perfect as it is close to waterloo station, bus stop, River thames.
And the house area is very quite.

This double bedroom is fitted comfy double bed, wardrobe , its a very bright space and very spacious . you'll share the communal area (bathroom, large size eat in kitchen) with others. We use kitchen to socialize.

Kitchen with everything provided: fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, cooking set, dining set and cutlery.

Only four people can live in the flat.
Three nice flatmates are living there now.
We are looking for someone who is friendly but also respect each others place.
