Zone1 Aldgate East ビル込 広くて明るいダブルルーム

フラットは、Aldgate East と Whitechapel 駅の間にあり、Shadwell と Aldgate へも徒歩で行ける距離です。Liverpool Street Station へは歩いて20分程度です。Brick Lane や Spitalfields もすぐ近くです。

近くのバス停からは、25, 205, 254, 106, 67, 15, 115, 135 に乗ることが出来ます。

歩いて 3分くらいの所に Tesco があり便利、レストランやパブへも徒歩で行ける距離の場所ですが、フラットはレジデンシャルエリアにあるので、大通りの喧騒も感じません。

部屋には、ダブルベッド、ワードローブ、机と椅子、ソファ、大きな棚が2つあり、壁にも作り付けの棚があるので、収納スペースは結構あります。部屋はとても広く、明るいです。

台所とバスルームを、当方と2人でシェアになります。リビングルームはありません。家賃は、インターネットやTVライセンス当の全てのビルが含まれています。

The flat is located between Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations. Shadwell and Aldgate stations are also about 10 minutes away and you can easily walk to Brick Lane, Spitalfields, and Shoreditch. You can catch many buses from the nearby stops ; 25, 205, 254, 106, 67, 15, 115 and 135. The flat is in a residential spot off the main street.

The room is double and very spacious and bright - there is a double bed, two large shelving units, wardrobe, and a desk/chair, and possibly a small bedside table.

You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with me - Japanese professional in early 40\'s. I would like to share with someone who is tidy, clean, respectful, and friendly.

All bills are included in the monthly rent - Council Tax, Gas/Electricity, Water, TV licence and the internet.
