*The £450/mth is a temporal rent until 01 Sep 2020 when it reverts to £625/mth plus bills. The tenant can decide by 01 Aug 2020 if to stay and accept the new rent or move out.

Sadly, one of our housemates has to move away from London to look after her elderly granny in these uncertain times. So her room is available at short notice.
