I am delighted to offer this beautiful Double Bedroom in a 4 bedroom incredibly bright & specious recently all over redecorated house with a private garden just for £700 (all bills, Fast Fibre optic Internet are included) for 1 person. There is a 1 month rent and just £500 deposit (the deposit can be splited over 2 months) required in advance and also 1 month minimum stay with 1 month notice in case you decide to leave.
