The house is located on a private road located between Aldgate East and Whitechapel station and minutes away from Bricklane, Shoreditch and the new Cross Rail.

The room is on offer for £600 per month including bills (this includes Wifi, Water, Gas, Electric and Council Tax). We have 2 bathrooms (1 large upstairs and 1 small downstairs), a large newly renovated kitchen with up to 2 Refrigerators and a dining area to sit, talk and eat with friends. Plenty of storage space and a great garden to the rear of the property, it's a great place to spend the weekend. Current flatmates include an English (Tech) professional and an Itialian Events Manager.

1) You'd be renting direct with the landlord so no agency costs, ever.
2) The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pans etc to use.
